You’ll be guided through breathwork to prepare your body and calm your mind, followed by a cold plunge at your own pace.
Then warm up in the sauna, integrate, and reset with organic tea.

Star Harmony Sound Medicine Ceremony is an immersive sound experience designed to help your body unwind, reset, and recover from the noise of everyday life. Using crystal and tibetan singing bowls, subtle planetary gongs, drum, and chimes, each sound healing is carefully composed to guide you through a full-body experience of deep relaxation.
The sequencing of tones, harmonies, and transitions is intentionally crafted to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create a sense of clarity and ease that can stay with you long after the evening ends. Essential oils and organic herbal tea are offered to help enhance the experience.
