Breath + Slow Flow Yoga with Emma Dasco

Yogic breathing or Pranayama practices can be practiced independently or as a part of yoga to facilitate a stronger mind-body connection. This is based on the root words Prana (universal life force) and Ayama (to regulate). We will explore both up-regulated and down-regulated pranayama practices to restore balance in the mind and body.

This class will begin with 15 minutes of guided yogic breath work to prepare the mind and body for 45 minutes of slow-flow yoga.

Yoga mats are available but feel free to bring your own.

Offered every Monday morning at 9:30 am.
